I think rapid prototyping is very useful but mostly for companies that can afford expensive 3D CAD, modeling, and simulation programs. I think the top 3D printers are capable of amazing quality. I think more needs to be done on 3D scanning to create digital models.

I like the book FAB by Neil Gershenfeld, I find it inspirational. I think of rapid prototyping in the sense of desktop manufacturing that can be accomplished by Do-It-Yourself people. I like the efforts underway with the RepRap projects.

I would like to see more done toward creating flexible / wearable circuitry. The area of conductive inks and paints has a way to go yet. I described some of my work with a recent project in my blog Desktop Fabrication: Wearable Electronics Circuitry.

non ho ben capito che hai in mente. Io sono per "delegare" all'esterno quanto più possibile. Se ning esiste e fa l'80% delle cose che mi servono uso Ning. Credo che questo mio approccio ti sia chiaro (l'ho espresso diverse volte).

Vuoi mettere Ning accanto al tuo sito? Vuoi farli crescere in parallelo e poi scegliere il migliore? Ho paura che tu possa disperdere troppo il tuo tempo, visto che sei quasi da solo.

Fammi capire un po' meglio cosa ti gira per la testa.
